We have been overwhelmed by the demand for our product since we opened our farm stand in September, 2006.  Raising a cow for slaughter is a long lead time occupation.  It takes 9 months for a cow to have a calf, and another 20-24 months before it's ready for market.   We have a limited supply of cows that will be available for market in 2009; so we are only selling through our farm stand and through select retail outlets. Eventually we may have enough supply to warrant mail order/internet sales, but for now, we've got our hands full supplying the local market.

2. During the winter, we will open our farm stand by appointment.  Please call us at 860 567 8122 to schedule a time to meet at the Windmill.
