As of now, we are constrained on our meat supply for 2007, so we are not offering .  , or whole cow purchasing.  

We do offer discounts for 30, 50 or 100 lbs as follows:

10% off for purchases of 30 lbs.  

• 15 of the 30 lbs must consist of ground beef
  
• 8 lbs must be chosen from roasts, stew beef or short ribs
  
• No more than 6 lbs may be from Filet Mignon, Porterhouse, Ribeye or NY Strip

15% off for purchase of 50 lbs.

• 25 of the 50 lbs must consist of ground beef
  
• 10 lbs must be chosen from roasts, stew beef or short ribs
  
• No more than 10 lbs may be from Filet Mignon, Porterhouse, Ribeye or NY Strip

20% off for purchase of 100 lbs.

• 50 of the 100 lbs must consist of ground beef
  
• 20 lbs must be chosen from roasts, stew beef or short ribs
  
• No more than 20 lbs may be from Filet Mignon, Porterhouse, Ribeye or NY Strip

Repeat Bulk Purchases:

If you make 2 bulk purchases within a 30 day period, you will get an additional 5% discount on the 2nd (or most recent) purchase-ie if you buy 30 lbs on Feb 15, you get 10% off that purchase, if you buy 30 lbs by March 15, you would get the 10% discount plus an additional 5% off for a total of a 15% discount, and so on.
